摘 要:目的观察连续护理对心血管外科住院患者的护理效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年6月北京军区总医院心血管疾病住院患者100例,随机分为为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组选择优秀护理骨干担任专职健康教育者,护理干预前后选用心血管疾病连续护理认知水平测量表对患者进行测评,对照组常规护理模式。结果给予护理干预后,观察组患者在疾病相关知识、治疗相关知识、康复相关知识、社会生活知识4个一级维度的熟悉的程度测评中,非常熟悉占12.0%、比较熟悉占26.0%、熟悉占46.0%,对照组患者非常熟悉占6%、比较熟悉占14%、熟悉占24%,观察组患者疾病认知熟悉程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护士的满意度(98.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续护理提高了心血管外科疾病患者对疾病治疗及康复等相关知识认知的程度,提高了患者对护士的满意度,达到了更好的护理效果。Objective To observe the nursing effect of continuing nursing in the patients hospitalized in department of cardiovascular surgery. Methods The patients (n=100) were chosen from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2013 and then randomly divided into observation group and control group (each n=50). After selecting excellent nursing backbones to act as full-time health educators, observation group was given appraisal by using the cognitive level measurement form of cardiovascular disease continuing nursing before nursing intervention. The control group was given routine nursing mode. Results After nursing intervention, in the familiarity appraisal of 4 level-1 dimension, knowledge related to diseases, treatments, rehabilitation and social life, the percentage of patients being very familiar with above-mentioned knowledge was 12.0%, relative familiar was 26.0%, and familiar was 46.0%in observation group. The percentage of patients being very familiar with above-mentioned knowledge was 6%, relative familiar was 14%, and familiar was 24%in control group. The difference had statistical significance between 2 groups (P〈0.05). The patients’ satisfaction to nurses was 98.0%in observation group and 80.0%in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing can improve the cognitive degree to the knowledge related to diseases, treatments and rehabilitation, and patients’ satisfaction to nurses in the patients hospitalized in department of cardiovascular surgery. The nursing efficacy is higher.
