摘 要:针对传统可靠性试验和评估手段难以获取高可靠、长寿命惯性器件失效寿命的问题,提出一种基于性能退化的微陀螺仪可靠性试验和评估方法。该方法首先根据微陀螺仪的工作特性,选择零偏稳定性作为衡量性能退化的特征参数,然后依据零偏稳定性的理论方程设计退化试验,再通过对试验数据分析获得零偏稳定性随时间的变化规律,结合实际应用背景,设定失效阈值,进而确定参数退化曲线与其寿命分布之间的关系,最后外推出样品的寿命和可靠度指标R(t)。实践表明,该方法简捷易行,可作为同类产品难于获得失效数据的情况下,可靠性评估与寿命预测的参考方法。It is hard to obtain failure life with high reliability of long life’s inertial device by traditional reliability test and assessment methods.A novel reliability test and assessment method was proposed for assessing life of micro gyroscope based on performance degradation.Firstly,according to the working characteristic of micro gy-roscope,null bias stability was selected as the key parameter of performance degradation.Secondly,design deg-radation test according to the theoretical equation of the null bias stability and build degradation model on null bias stability over time through calculating the test data.And then according to the practical application back-ground,set the failure criterion and analyze the relationship between the performance degradation path and its life distribution.Finally extrapolate the failure life and reliability R (t).For a certain micro gyroscope,reliabili-ty assessment results showed that the method was simple and easy,it could be used for similar products.
