复方扶芳藤合剂对心衰患者的心功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方扶芳藤合剂对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心功能和生活质量的影响。方法:将72例CHF患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用复方扶芳藤合剂,疗程1个月,观察两组治疗前后(NYHA)心功能分级、6min步行试验(6MWT)距离和心率变化,记录治疗前后Lee氏心衰计分、明尼苏达心衰生活质量调查表评分(MLHF)。结果:观察组心功能分级疗效总有效率、Lee氏心衰疗效总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后心率和生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6MWT距离高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上联合应用复方扶芳藤合剂可以进一步改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和生活质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of compound wintercreeper mixture on the cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods： 72 case of CHF patients were randomized into the control group and observation group. The control group were given conventional treatment, while the observation group were treated with the conventional treatment combined with compound wintercreeper mixture, 1 month as a course. （NYHA） classifica tion of cardiac function, 6 min walking test（6 MWT） and heart rate changes in distance of patients in both groups were observed before and after treatment, and Lee＇s heart failure scores, question naire score of the Minnesota living with heart failure（MI.HF） were recorded before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of（NYHA） classification of cardiac function and Lee＇s heart failure in the observation group were superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05） ; heart rate and quality of life scores after treatment were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05） ; 6 MWT distance after the treatment was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： On the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment, the combined application of the compound wintercreeper mixture can further improve the cardiac functions and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
