医生对三阶梯止痛治疗认知现状调查与对策

摘　　要：目的:调查贵港市医生对三阶梯止痛治疗的认知度、行为、态度,分析存在问题,并提出解决方法,为提高临床规范应用止痛药提供依据。方法:采用镇痛药物三阶梯止痛治疗认知调查表,对贵港市8家医院共500名医生进行调查。结果:38.1%的三甲医院医生,47.1%的二甲医院医生参加过癌痛的相关培训,医生对三阶梯治疗的认识度不高,但对癌痛管理的态度行为较积极。结论:贵港市医生对三阶梯止痛治疗的知识了解不够深入,有待提高。Objective： To investigate the doctors＇ cognition degree, behaviors, attitude of the “three step analgesic therapy”, analyze the problems existed, and put forward the ways to solve them, in order to provide implementation basis for clinical rational use of analgesic drugs. Methods： Cognitive questionnaire of the three steps analgesic therapy was used to make survey of the 500 doctors in 8 hospitals in Guigang city. Results： 38.1% doctors from the tertiary A-level hospitals and 47.1% doctors from the secondary A-level hospitals had attended the related training on cancer pain. Doc- tors＇ cognition degree of the “three steps therapy” was not high, but their attitudes towards the management of cancer pain was very positive. Conclusion： Doctors in Guigang city don＇t understand the “three steps analgesic therapy” enough,and need to improve it.
