中西医结合外治疗法治疗角化型手足癣41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合外治疗法治疗角化型手足癣的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者分为中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)41例,以中药浸泡结合0.25%盐酸阿莫罗芬乳膏外涂患处;西药治疗组(对照组)20例,仅用0.25%盐酸阿莫罗芬乳膏外涂。观察5项主症及真菌学检查等指标。结果:治疗组愈显率为88.2%,对照组愈显率60.0%,两组愈显率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合外治疗法治疗角化型手足癣疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。Obiective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of external treatment combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine on keratin brothers tinea. Methods： 61 patients were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. The affected part of 41 patients in the treatment group were soaked with traditional Chinese medicine and smeared with 0.25%of Amorolfine Hydrochloride Cream（AHC）, while 20 cases in the control group were only smeared with 0.25% of Amorolfine Hydrochloride Cream（AHC）. The 5 primary symptoms and mycology examination indicators in both groups were observed. Results： The curative rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, there was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of external treatment combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine on keratin brothers tinea is much better than that of the treatment with only western medicine.
