摘　　要：通过对学校安全制度建立与管理、学生安全意识培养和社会保障体系等方面的探讨,提出加强学生顶岗实习的安全教育、完善学校顶岗实习安全制度、建立完善的社会保障体系是学校顶岗实习安全必须重视的三个方面。安全和谐的顶岗实习环境为学生更好地完成顶岗实习保驾护航。The students’safety should be placed to the first priority through twelve years’study on working prac-tice. A perfect safety system can reduce the occurrence of accidents in the Higher Vocational student of civil engi-neering, and guarantee student, college and enterprise winning together. Great attention should be paid to the stu-dents’working-practice’s security system, improve students’safety awareness and social insurance system. The three aspects can make student far away from danger when they are at work. A safe and harmonious post-practice environment can make students’post practice become much better.
