摘　　要：当前,全球通信设备制造业正处在重大变革的关键节点。一方面,由于全球经济复苏困难,加之电信运营业增长乏力,主要通信设备企业均出现利润下滑与增长放缓局面,产业增长正陷入新一轮低潮,未来增长空间受限。另一方面,伴随产业融合发展,以虚拟化为代表IT技术理念正深刻融入网络设备各领域,从产品架构、制造模式、产业生态等各方面对通信设备产业带来重大影响。Telecom equipment industry is in a transitional period recently. Due to the global economy depression and slowing growth in telecom service market, major telecom equipment vendors have slowedgrowth in both revenue and profits. Their futuregrowth potential is facing great challenge. Meanwhile,with the convergence of ICT industry, virtualization,software defined network and other information technologies have brought great impact to the traditionaltelecom equipment industry on network architecture,technology innovation, business model and industrypartnerships.
