摘　　要：目前电信网仍处于持续发展变化中,近年来在LTE、IMS和公众WLAN等领域表现尤为突出。本文介绍了三种网络的基本情况,通过分析其网络结构和计费原理,提出了两种较为通用的计费检测方法。另外,本文对未来可能出现的新业务模式下的计费检测技术作了一些探索性思考。Telecom network is still in the process ofcontinuous development and evolution, which is particularly prominent in LTE, IMS and Public WLANareas. This article introduced basic information aboutthese three networks, proposed two general methodsfor charging test by analyzing the network structureand charging principle. In addition, this article made aforward -looking thinking about billing and chargingtest in the new patterns of telecom services.
