摘　　要：民国时期是中国气象事业独立建制的开始。论文从气象机构的建立、天气预报工作的开展、气象人才的培养、创办相关期刊杂志以及参与、举办各种学术会议情况等方面系统追溯了民国时期中国气象事业的建制化过程,勾勒出民国时期中国气象事业的概貌,为民国气象史研究奠定基础。The independent institution of meteorological service begins at the period of the republic of China. This paper traces the course of institution on the meteorological service in the period of the Republic of China, from the establishment of weather agency, the work on weather forecast, the cultivation of weather talents, foundition in magazine and various kinds of academic conference, etc. draw the outline of meteorological service in the period, lying the foundation for the study of the history of meteorology.
