脂联素-11,377C>G基因多态性与冠心病风险性的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究冠心病患者脂联素基因多态性与冠心病患病风险的相关性。方法:256例研究对象中冠心病组126例,对照组130例。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法对所有患者的脂联素基因-11,377C>G位点核苷酸多态性进行基因型分析,采用病例对照方法研究脂联素基因多态性与冠心病风险性的关系。结果:(1)脂联素基因-11,377C>G位点存在基因多态性,测得基因型为GG、CG及CC型;(2)脂联素基因-11,377C>G多态性在冠心病组与对照组间的分布存在差异,与对照组比,冠心病组中G等位基因的频率有显著升高(P<0.05),C等位基因的频率在冠心病组有显著的降低(P<0.05);(3)脂联素基因-11,377C>G在急性冠脉综合征组和稳定型心绞痛组间分布无统计学差异(P>0.05);(4)在冠心病组人群中,G等位基因患者冠心病患病风险明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病人群脂联素基因-11,377C>G多态性与冠心病的危险性有关,G等位基因频率提高可能提示冠心病的患病风险升高。Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of adiponectin -11,377C 〉 G gene and the risk of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods A total of 126 CHD patients and 130 healthy controls were enrolled and the frequency of each genotypes and allele gene of adiponectin -11,377C 〉 G were detected by polymerase chain reaction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. Results （1） The adiponeetin gene -11,377C 〉 G sites existed gene polymorphism and the three genotypes were GG, CG and CC. （2） There was statistical difference between CHD group and control group; The G allele frequency of CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05） ; The frequency of the C allele gene in CHD group was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. （3） There was no statistical difference of frequency distribution of each genotype and allele gene of adiponectin -I 1,377C 〉 G between acute coronary syndrome （ACS） group and stable angina group. （4） The risk of CHD were increased in CHD patients with G allele gene of adiponectin -11,377C 〉 G （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The polymorphism of adiponectin -11,377C 〉 G is associated with the increased risk of CHD. The increased G allele gene frequency may represent the increased risk of CHD.
