摘  要:【目的】探讨多浪羊和卡拉库尔羊卵巢组织中FSHR基因表达变化规律。【方法】采用免疫组织化学SP方法对两种绵羊卵巢组织上FSHR进行定位研究。【结果】FSHR阳性细胞主要表达在颗粒细胞上,在卵母细胞和膜细胞上也有少量表达,两地方品种绵羊卵巢上原始卵泡和闭锁卵泡时期表达差异不显著(P>0.05),而在初级卵泡、次级卵泡时期和成熟卵泡上表达差异显著(P<0.05);对同种绵羊分析时又发现原始卵泡与其他卵泡之间FSHR阳性细胞表达差异显著(P<0.05),成熟卵泡时期阳性细胞表达显著(P<0.05)高于初级和次级卵泡。闭锁卵泡是阳性细胞率与其他各级卵泡差异极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】推测出多浪羊对FSH的敏感性高于卡拉库尔羊,表明FSHR含量越高繁殖率越高。FSHR可能也参与其他因子的调控。[ Objective ] To investigate the ovaries of FSHR gene expression regularity. [ Method ] SP method was used to analyze the immunohistochemical to study the localization of FSHR in the sheep. [ Result] The results showed that: FSHR -immunoreactive cells were mainly loaded by granular cells and were less in oocytes and membrane cells. There was significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between primordial follicles of Duo- lang sheep and Karlakurt sheep. While the FSHR -immunoreactive levels in primary and secondary follicular of Duolang sheep were higher than those of Karakurt sheep ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; On the analysis of the same sheep, FSHR - immunoreactive levels in the primordial follicles were smaller than other follicles ( P 〈 0.05 ), and FSHR - immunoreactive levels in the mature follicles were significantly higher than the primary and secondary follicular ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] It can be concluded that there is a relation between effect of reproduction rate among different local sheep breeds and the distribution of FSH receptor on their ovaries.
