摘  要:目的采用微波加热方式溶解20%甘露醇注射液内的结晶,观察不同火力档位下其结晶溶解情况,以期找到溶解规律。方法将重新产生结晶的软塑袋包装的甘露醇注射液放人微波炉内进行加热,设解冻、中低火、中火、中高火、高火四档,设时间点t=15s、30S、45S……420S,加热到每个时间点立即以称量法计算20%甘露醇溶液中残余结晶量;另在时间点t=120s、180s、240s……420S时,以煤油温度计测量袋内溶液温度;每火力档位下的每个时间点重复实验3次,计算平均值并绘制图表。结果以不同的火力档位加热溶解甘露醇结晶,在即将爆袋前均未能将甘露醇结晶完全溶解掉,结晶残余量为0.86~3.56g;在加热到最高时间点时(即将爆袋前)溶液温度均达到了90℃以上。结论20%甘露醇注射液内的结晶不宜采用微波加热方法溶解,加热后的袋装甘露醇溶液温度高不能用手直接取出,且极有可能发生爆袋,会对人员造成烫伤,既有危险又浪费人力和精力。Objective To observe state of crystals dissolved by adopting microwave heating to dissolve crystalliza- tion 20% mannitol injection under different fire position of microwave oven. Method Regenerated crystallization of 20% mannitol injection was packaged with soft plastic bag and placed in the microwave oven for heating. After heating, residual amount of crystallization of 20% mannitol injection was immediately weighed based set heating and time point, such the defrost, low, midst, high, highest fire position, and set up time point t=15 s, 30 s, 45 s 420 s. In another hand, kerosene thermometer was used to measure the temperature of solution within the plastic bag at the time point t=120 s,180 s,240 s 420 s. Each experiment is repeated three times at each time point. Result Mannitol crystals are not dissolved completely by heating before bags explosion in different firepower. Quality of crystalline residue is 0.86 g to 3.56 g. The solution temperature exceed 90℃ by heated to the highest time point (before the bags burst) . Conclusion 20% mannitol injection should not be suitable for microwave heating to dissolve the crystals. Mannitol solution can not be directly removed by hand after heating due to the high temperature and to avoid the possible bag explosion and cause burns personnel.
