摘　　要：目的制订显微外科VSD治疗护理技术操作考核评价标准,为专科护理操作技术的质量评价提供检测依据。方法采用文献回顾与临床实践相结合的方法,初步拟订显微外科VSD治疗护理技术操作评价标准;应用德尔菲(Delphi)法对17位专家进行两轮咨询确定评价标准,定量分析各指标的权重。结果制订的显微外科VSD治疗护理技术操作考核评价标准包涵4个Ⅰ级指标和33个Ⅱ级指标条目池。结论用Delphi法构建显微外科VSD治疗护理技术操作考核评价标准,为真正检测临床护理人员的专科护理技术操作水平以及护理管理者进行操作质量管理决策提供了科学参考依据。Objective To construct appraisal standards of nursing techniques and practice for microsurgical VSD treatment, and to provide a basis for quality evaluation detection technique for specialist care. Method Based on liter- ature review and clinical practice combination methods, Appraisal standards of nursing techniques and practice for microsurgical VSD treatment was tentatively set. 17 experts was selected to conduct two round of consulting and evaluating the standard, and to determine quantitatively the index weight by Delphi method. Result Appraisal stand- ards of nursing techniques and practice for microsurgical VSD treatment was set, including 4 grade Ⅰ indexes, 33 grade Ⅱ indexes. Conclusion The established appraisal standards of nursing techniques and practice for microsurgical VSD treatment based on Delphi method provided a scientific bases for the nursing managers＇ quality management and evaluating the skill of nursing techniques and practice among clinical nurses.
