摘  要:目的观察冻干血小板(FDP)对SD大鼠肝出血模型和股静脉出血模型的止血效果。方法将30只SD大鼠分别标号后随机分成3组,每组10只,分别为FDP组,云南白药组,空白对照组,每只大鼠均制作肝损伤出血和股静脉出血模型。以止血时间和出血量为监测指标,观察FDP的止血效果。结果方差分析结果显示,在肝损伤出血和股静脉出血模型中,FDP组的止血时间和出血量均明显少于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);FDP组与云南白药组比较,2组间的止血时间和出血量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 FDP具有稍优于与云南白药的止血作用,将来它有可能作为1种止血药应用于临床。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of freeze-dried platelets (FDP)on the liver and femoral vein's hemorrhage models in SD rats. Methods 30 SD rats were marked and divided randomly into 3 groups:the FDP group,Yun- nan Baiyao group and blank control group,randomly. Each group had 10 rats. Liver injuryhemorrhage model and femoral vein hemorrhage model were developed in each of the rats. The bleeding time and the blood loss were set to be 'the monitoring indicators for the hemostatic effect of FDP. Results Variance analysis showed that the bleeding time and volume of blood loss in liver injury-hemorrhage and femoral vein hemorrhagr models of FDP group were significantly lower than blank control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) while no signficant differences were found between FDP group and Yunnan Baiyao powder group (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The hemostatic effect of FDP is slightly better than Yunnan Baiyao. FDP has the potential to be used as a hemostatic drug in the future.
