捐献机采血小板后无偿献血者血常规计数的变化

摘　　要：目的了解捐献机采血小板后捐献者血常规计数的连续变化,为制定合理的机采血小板捐献间隔周期提供依据。方法使用血常规专用真空标本管分别抽取捐献者捐献前、捐献后6、12、24、48、72 h检测标本,在抽取后0.5 h内使用Mary全自动5分类血常规检测仪上机检测,同1份样本取3次检测的平均值。结果捐献者在捐献机采血小板后24 h,血小板计数达到最低值,此后逐步回升,并在捐献后96 h达到捐献前水平;红细胞计数、血红蛋白和红细胞压积也在捐献后出现下降,捐献前与捐献后12 h、24 h的计数均值间存在显著性差异。结论捐献机采血小板后捐献者血小板计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白和红细胞压积在捐献后24 h达到最低值,在捐献后96 h(4 d)恢复捐献前水平。Objective To investigate pre-and post-donation haematological values in healthy donors undergoing platelet- pheresis. Provide the academic proof for determining the reasonable interval between two-plateletpheresis. Methods Pre- and post-0 h ,6 h,12 h,24 h ,48 h,72 h samples were collected in EDTA vials for haematological values detection using Mandry BC-5800 calibrated automated analyser. Results Platelet count of the donors decreased to bottom 24 h post plateletpheresis, and return to pre-donation level 96 h after plateletpheresis. RBC ,Hb and Hct also decreased significantly 12 h and 24h after plateletpheresis. Conclusion Platelet count, RBC, Hb and Hot dropped to bottom 24 h after plateletpheresis and return to pre-donation level 96 h after plateletpheresis.
