摘 要:目的比较2种制备混合浓缩血小板的方法,为制备优质的混合浓缩血小板寻找最佳方案。方法混合过滤法制备的126份混合浓缩血小板(7袋,14 U混合),混合法制备的165份混合浓缩血小板(6袋,12 U混合,不进行白细胞滤除),检测其中血小板含量、RBC、WBC混入量。结果混合过滤法制备的混合浓缩血小板过滤后比过滤前,容量平均减少(43.39±0.38)mL,血小板回收率平均为79.6%,RBC清除率平均为18.21%,WBC清除率平均为97.8%;混合法制备的混合浓缩血小板的容量、血小板含量、RBC混入量、WBC混入量与混合过滤法比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2种制备混合浓缩血小板的方法均安全有效,而混合过滤法WBC混入量明显低于混合法。Objective To explore a better solution for making pooled platelet concentrates by comparing two different methods of making pooled platelet concentrates. Methods The platelet counts,mixed RBC and WBC counts were detected in 126 samples of pooled platelet concentrates (7 bags, 14 U mixture) made by the mixing filtration method, and 165 samples of pooled platelet concentrates (6 bags, 12 U mixture,without leukocyte filtration) made by the mixing method. Results After the leukocytes were filtered, the volume of the pooled platelet concentrates was reduced by (43.39 ± 0.38) mL on average, with platelet recovery rate averaged 79.6%, RBC clearance rate averaged 18.21%, WBC clearance rate averaged 97.8 %, respectively. Compared to the samples made by the mixing method, the volume of platelet concentrates, platelet counts, mixed RBC volume, and mixed WBC volume in the samples made by the mixing filtration method is statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Both methods are safe and effective,whereas the volume of WBC mixed in samples made by the mixing filtration method is notably lower than those made by the mixing method.
