摘  要:以巩乃斯种羊场和拜城种羊场的1 334只中国美利奴羊(新疆型)为对象,测定毛纤维直径、纤维直径标准差、纤维直径变异系数和弯曲数,分析中国美利奴羊(新疆型)的羊毛细度特点并作相关分析。结果表明:巩乃斯种羊场的中国美利奴羊(新疆型)的平均纤维直径(1941μm)比拜城种羊场(18.51μm)的大,但纤维直径变异(20.21%)及弯曲数(12)小于拜城种羊场(20.82%、16);1周岁中国美利奴羊(新疆型)的平均纤维直径(18.23μm)小于2周岁羊(19.68μm),但纤维直径变异(21.16%)及弯曲数(15)却大于2周岁羊(19.88%、13);毛纤维直径与纤维直径标准差呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与纤维直径变异呈显著负相关(P<0.05),纤维直径标准差与纤维直径变异呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);羊毛弯曲数与平均纤维直径、纤维直径标准差、纤维直径变异为负相关,但相关程度不显著(P>0.05)。中国美利奴羊(新疆型)虽已普遍达到细型细毛羊的要求,但在选育工作中,可以通过重点改善周岁羊的羊毛细度达到超细型细毛羊育种目标。The wool fiber diameter, fiber diameter standard deviation, fiber diameter variation , numbers of crimps from 1334 Chinese Merino Sheep (Xinjiang type) which from Gonaisi Fine Wool Sheep Breeding Farm and Baicheng sheep Breeding Farm were used to analyze wool fiber fineness characteristics and made the correlation analysis. The results showed that the mean fiber diameter (19.41 μm)of China Merino Sheep (Xinjiang type) in Gonaisi Fine Wool Sheep Breeding Farm was larger than that of Baieheng's (18.51 μm), but the fiber diameter variation (20.21%)and numbers of crimps(12)is less than that of Baicheng' s(20.82%, 16). The mean fiber diameter(18.23 μm)of one year old Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) was smaller than that two years old sheep(19.68 μm), but the fiber diameter variation(21.16%) and numbers of crimps (15)was bigger thanthat two years old sheep (19.88%). The results of correlations showed that there was significant positive correlation between fiber diameter and fiber diameter standard deviation (P〈0.01), significant positive correlation between fiber diameter and fiber diameter variation (P〈0.01), significant negative correlation between fiber diameter standard deviation and fiber diameter variation (P〈0.01). There was no significant negative correlation between numbers of crimps and wool fiber diameter, fiber diameter standard deviation, fiber diameter variation (P〉0.05). Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) generally reached the standard of fine wool sheep, but there is still a large selection potential. And in the breeding work, improving one year old sheep fineness to reach Superfine Wool Sheep breeding objectives can be emphasized.
