摘  要:本试验将青贮玉米秸分别与豆秸、豆渣、地瓜秧和花生蔓以0:100、20:80、40:60、60:40、80:20、100:0比例进行组合,以探讨青贮玉米秸与四种羊常用粗饲料间的组合效应。试验采用体外瘤胃发酵技术,以产气量、pH、氨态氮浓度作为监测指标。结果表明:各粗饲料组合、比例对产气量和氨态氮(NH_3-N)有显著影响(P<0.05),且二者存在互作;粗饲料的组合对反应体系pH有显著影响(P<0.05),但不同比例间无显著差异(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,青贮玉米秸与花生蔓组合、各粗饲料比例为40:60可获得最大NH_3-N。青贮玉米秸-豆秸按80:20组合产气量最多;青贮玉米秸-豆渣、青贮玉米秸-地瓜秧组合时,豆渣、地瓜秧达到100时产气量最高;青贮玉米秸-花生蔓按40:60组合时产气量最高。The experiment was conducted to investigate the combined effects of different rations of corn stalk silage (CS) to soybean stalk (SS), sweet potato residues (SR), soybeanpulp (SP), and peanut residues (PS) on fermentation in vitro, respectively. CS and SS, CS and SR, CS and SP, and CS and PR weremixed in rations of 0:100, 20:80, 40:60, 60:40, 80:20, 100:0 with 3 replicates, respectively. The combined effects of CS and the other roughages were assessed by the in vitro rumen fermentation technology to monitor gas production (GP), pH value, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N). The results showed that there were significant differences for gas production and NH3-N (P〈0.05)between different combinations. There were not significant differences for pH value (P〉0.05)between different combinations. It was concluded that the combination of CS with SS, SR, SP and PR in ration of 80:20, 0:100, 0:100, 40:60 had the greatest gas production, respectively.
