摘 要:研究了柠檬酸(CA)和葡萄糖酸钠(SG)2种缓凝剂对C3A-CaSO4·2H2O、C4AF-CaSO4·2H2O及C3S水泥单矿物浆体吸附萘系高效减水剂(BNS)的影响.对上述浆体分别测试了对BNS的吸附量和各浆体的Zeta-电位,对C3A-CaSO4·2H2O浆体进行了X-衍射分析(XRD)和热重分析(TGA).结果表明:当缓凝剂CA、SG与BNS同时掺入到上述浆体时,随CA、SG掺量增大,C4AF-CaSO4·2H2O和C3S吸附BNS的量降低,这是源于缓凝剂和BNS在这些矿物上的竞争吸附;而C3A-CaSO4·2H2O吸附BNS的量却增大,XRD和TGA测试结果表明CA大幅度地促进了带正电的钙矾石生成,导致对BNS的吸附量增大,而SG的该作用效果较CA弱.The influence of two types of retarder citric acid (CA) and sodium gluconate (SG) on the adsorptive capacity of β-Naphthalenelfonic acid-based superplasticizer on the C3A-CaSO4 · 2H2O, C4AF-CaSO4 · 2H2O and C3S cement mineral particles were used for research. The amount of BNS adsorption on the cement mineral particles and the Zeta potential of the pastes were studied, and X- ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) for C3A-CaSO4 · 2H2O paste were tested. The results show that the amount of BNS adsorption on the C4AF-CaSO4 · 2H2O and C3S decreased as CA, SG content increased while the retarder CA, SG and BNS were incorporated into the paste. This is because the retarder and BNS has competitive adsorption on these minerals. Conversely, the amount of BNS adsorption on the C3A-CaSO4 · 2H2O increased. The XRD and TGA test results show that CA promoted the ettringite formation with positive charges significantly, which caused the adsorption amount of BNS increase, while the effect of SG is weaker than CA.
