摘　　要：高校图书馆的快速发展面临图书馆员不足的矛盾,从而衍生出学生馆员队伍。图书馆的宣传力度、读者与图书馆之间缺乏沟通、读者基本检索的技能缺乏,造成了图书馆利用效率低。The rapid development of university library leads to the contradictions of shortage of the librarialas, thus it has derived the student librarian team. The shortage of library Propaganda, the lack of communic＇ation between the readers and the library, and readers＇ deficient basic search skills, which result in low efficiency of the library.
