摘　　要：本文对高校图书馆设立咨询台的意义、咨询台的工作内容、咨询馆员应具备的能力等方面进行了论述,结合工作实践,提出做好咨询台咨询服务的粗浅认识。This paper describes the significance of the establishment of the University Library inquiry, the work content of inquiry and librarians＇ability etc. Combining the work practice, it raises superficial understanding to make good inquiry consulting services.
