摘 要:转炉冶炼胎圈钢丝用C72DA钢通过超高枪位加类双渣操作、冶金石灰生过烧率及粒度控制、足量头批料混入部分含锰矿加入制度强化、强化留渣操作4项措施强化转炉冶炼高拉碳操作。结果表明:吹炼终点钢水w(P)稳定在0.006%~0.010%,终点钢水础(C)稳定在0.27%~0.32%,终点钢水温度稳定在1630℃以上。Four measures were implemented to reach the goal of catching carbon during the tyre cord steel C72DA production, which were ultra-high position of lance plus light double slag operation, the control of lime burning and granularity, the amount of first batch contained with manganese ore and performing remaining slag operation. It was found that with the four measures, the mass fraction of phosphorus and carbon in endpoint steel could be controlled 0. 006 %- 0. 010 % and 0. 27 % - 0. 32 % separately; while the end-point temperature of steel is 1 630 ;C above stably.
