图书馆应用项目管理时应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：由于图书馆应用项目管理在执行过程中的一些不确定性,往往会产生一些意想不到的问题。文章对项目组成立过程中组长的人选和执行组的人员安排、资金保障和使用、关注图书馆的工作动向、保持经常性的督促、把握好信息沟通等问题进行了详细论述。During the implementation process, the uncertainty of project frequently causes some unexpected problems involved with the choice of team leader and the arrangement for members of implementation group in the period of project team being undertaken, fund guarantee and utilization, the concern on the trend towards library work, the adherence to regular supervisions, the grasp of information communication and so on. In view of the problems mentioned above, the author gives some suggestions.
