摘　　要：文章对国内外关于创新型企业评价的研究进行分析总结,从知识管理角度出发,构建企业创新应用链模型,并通过企业创新能力应用链模型进一步推导出创新型企业评价模型,以该评价模型为基础,对江苏省10个城市的150家企业发放问卷并对回收的数据进行清洗处理,以社会化网络分析的方法对评价指标体系进行验证、赋权,得出较为完整的创新型企业评价体系,为今后的研究提供借鉴和参考。The paper briefly introduces the research of innovative enterprise evaluation at home and abroad, and based on it, builds an application link model for enterprise innovation from the perspective of knowledge management, and derives an evaluation model of innovative enterprise. The authors send questionnaires to 150 enterprises of 10 cities in Jiangsu Province and get the related data, after data cleaning, and use social network analysis method and Delphi method to validate the evaluation index system, and get a compete evaluation index system of innovative enterprise with the help of the model
