摘　　要：[目的]筛选一种高效、简单、快速、价格合理的白蚁基因组DNA提取方法。[方法]比较了CTAB法、离心柱试剂盒和磁珠法试剂盒提取白蚁基因组DNA的效果。[结果]对于新鲜和保存得当的标本,3种方法提取的DNA质量均较好;但对于保存时间较长,出现降解的标本,磁珠法试剂盒的效果明显优于其他方法。[结论]获得分子检测所需要的最佳DNA提取方法。[ Objective] The aim was to choose an efficient, simple, fast and affordable DNA extraction method. [ Method] The genome DNA of termites were extracted by using three methods, CTAB method, TIANamp genomic DNA kit and magnetic genomic DNA kit. [ Result] The results showed that three methods were effective, when the termites were fresh or properly saved. The extraction method of using magnetic ge- uomic DNA kit was much better than the other two methods, when the DNA of termites were breaking down. [ Conclusion] The best molecular detection DNA extraction method was gotton.
