摘 要:[目的]建立山牡荆总黄酮的合理提取工艺,为山牡荆的开发及利用提供理论依据。[方法]以乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数等为考察因素,以山牡荆总黄酮含量作为指标,应用正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。[结果]山牡荆中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量12倍量、乙醇浓度70%乙醇、提取次数3次、每次1 h。[结论]该提取工艺简单、高效,适用于山牡荆的总黄酮提取。[Objective] To establish a method of extraction technology of total flavonoids to offer a basis for development and ntihzation of Vitex quinata. [ Method] The extraction technology of total flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavonoids as index and with ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage, extracting frequency and extracting time as factors. [ Result ] The optimal extraction technology was that 12-fold and 70% ethanol, l hour of reflux, and 3 times of extraction. [ Conclusion] The extraction technology is simple and rapid for the extraction of total flavonoids from Vitex quinata.
