潮白新河流域生态用水保障分析研究

摘　　要：由于生态环境用水得不到保证,潮白新河流域内黄庄洼等大片湿地已经消失,著名的七里海湿地面积也逐渐减少,湿地生态功能作用逐渐减弱。从生态用水水量分配、再生水资源利用及洪水资源化3个方面进行了生态用水分析,提出了满足潮白新河流域生态用水的保障方案,为协调农业用水和生态环境需水的矛盾,进一步改善潮白新河流域生态环境提供科学依据。The eco-environment water cannot be guaranteed, Huangzhuang depression in Chaobai new river basin has disappeared, the famous Qilihai wetland area is also gradually reduced, the ccologicai function of wetland is weakened gradually. The ecological water was analyzed from three aspects of ecological water allocation, water resources and flood resources. The security scheme was put forward to meet the ecologi- cal water in Chaobai new river basin, which will provide scientific basis for coordinating contradiction between agriculture water and eco-envi- ronment water, further improve eco-environment in Chaobai new river basin.
