摘　　要：随着计算技术和网络技术的进步,哲学社科领域国际交流日益深化,术语也逐渐出现多语种表现形式。为了促进术语使用处理的规范化与标准化、增强哲学社科术语翻译的准确性、提升英文文献的阅读理解和写作能力,研究了英汉双向哲学社科术语词典系统的构建方法,并基于B/S架构实现了一个"哲译通"原型系统。With the advancement of computing and network technology, international exchanges onphilosophy and social science （PaSS） are becoming more worldwide and terms are showing multilingualforms. In order to promote the formalization and standardization of terms, to increase the accuracy of termtranslation on PaSS, and to improve the skill of reading and writing in English, we investigate the constructionmethod of English-Chinese bidirectional term dictionary system on PaSS and implement a Philopediaprototype system based on the B / S architecture.
