摘　　要：2013年11月中国奥委会正式致函国际奥委会,提出申办2022年冬奥会的请求。如果北京能够获得2022年冬奥会举办权,将成为首座同时举办过"冬夏"双奥运会的城市。为此,以北京2022年冬奥会申办时机与申办条件解析等为研究目的,以冬奥会申办前瞻为研究对象,采用文献资料法等研究方法,通过对我国冬奥会申办历程与申办城市分析,北京申办2022年冬奥会时机选择、保障条件、发展前瞻等进行研究,进而得出北京申办2022年冬奥会所具备的优势为城市影响与办赛优势、场馆设施与地域优势、民众支持与参与优势;申办过程中将面临的挑战为竞争对手、冬奥会分布格局、城市环境治理、冰雪运动推广等。研究的主要价值体现在,2022年将是我国在实现第一个"百年目标"基础上向第二个"百年目标"迈进之时,冬奥会申办成功将凝聚更强大的民族自信心、自豪感,开启中国体育事业又一段圆梦征程。正是基于国家对冰雪体育事业发展的高度关注,因此,该研究将对于合理分析我国在此次申办冬奥会过程中所面临的优势与挑战具有积极的参考价值。In November of 2013, the Chinese Olympic Committee sent an official letter to the International Olympic Committee for bidding the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. If Beijing can be the host city of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, it will be the first city which hosts both Summer and Winter Olympic Games. This study, aiming at the timing and analysis on the bid qualifications, took the bid prediction d Winter Olympic Games as the research target. By- the method of literature review, this paper analyzed Beijing＇s bidding process and city environment, and then discussed the timing choose, condition guarantee, and development prediction. The results showed that Beijing has some advantages, such as city impaetion and hosting, venues facility, and citizen support. At the same time, the bidding will face some challenges, such as rival, Winter Olympic Games distribution, city environment control, winter sports promotion. The value of this paper mainly embodied that if Beijing wins the bidding, national eolifidenee and sense d pride will be en- hanced, Chinese sports enterprise will start a new journey. Year d 2022 is a link-year between the first and second one- hundred year target of China and Chinese government is very- focusing on winter sports. Therefore, this study provided a reference for the bidding to know our advantages and disadvantages properly-.
