摘 要:中国大学篮球作为中国篮球运动的重要组成部分有着广泛的普及程度,然而其联赛的竞技水平仍较为低下,大学教练员的执教水平是制约中国大学篮球竞技水平提高的主要因素之一。通过文献资料、调查访谈等研究方法对欧洲篮球教练员培养过程、美国篮球教练员的教育过程以及中国大学篮球教练员成长历程进行了深入研究并提出解决中国大学篮球教练现实困境的发展之路,从而得出以下结论:1)欧洲申请获得篮球教练员岗位的潜在求职人员具有丰富的篮球运动实践经历和高等教育背景,通过后续的补偿性学习进行完善发展;2)美国大学篮球教练员一般具有丰富的运动实践经历和高学历的教育背景,发展过程较为完善;3)中国大学篮球教练员成长过程多样复杂,相对于欧美教练员的培养过程存在不完善过程,或者缺少运动实践经历、或者缺少知识教育背景。鉴于此建议中国大学篮球教练员队伍建立起完整的教练员资质认证制度、在职培训制度,完善在职教练员培训课程体系、目标体系、考核体系和保障体系。As an important part of Chinese basketball movenlent, Chinese university- basketball has a widespread popularity, but the competitive level of its league is still relatively low. Coaching level of university- coaches is one of the main factors restricting Chinese university basketball level. By the methods of literature review and inter- view, this paper analyzed cultivating process of European basketball coaches, education process of American coa- ches, and growth process of Chinese university- basketball coaches. And then it suggested a way- to solve Chinese university- basketball coaches' dilenmla. Conclusions: 1 ) In Europe, the potential coaches have rich basketball practice experience and higher education background and they improve themselves through the subsequent compen- satory learning. 2) In general, American university- basketball coaches have rich basketball practice experience and education background of higher education and their development process is more complete. 3) The growth process of Chinese university- basketball coaches are various and complex. Compared to European and American coaches' devel- opment, China's cultivating process is not perfect, some coaches lack education background or basketball practice experience. On account of these, this paper suggested that Chinese university- basketball coaches need to establish an intact coach qualification certification system and in-service education system as well as to improve the in-service coaches cultivating curriculum system, goal system, evaluation system and security system.
