中国粮食生产政策对粮食生产的作用机理分析

摘　　要：选取耕地保护政策、农田水利设施建设政策、财政支持政策、农业税费改革政策、政策性农业保险政策以及农业生产科技政策等六个政策,分析了粮食生产政策作用于粮食生产的机理。As a country with the largest population in the wm＇ld, China＇ s food security is of vital importance. Since 2004, China＇ s total grain output has been increasing for ten years, yet the import of grain has also been going up considerably year by year. Although the grain import saves the land resources in our country, the import dependence is more than 10% and there is a high geographical concentration of the grain import, which highlights the food security of our country. Based on the analysis of the situation in China＇ s food security, the paper discusses the path-dependence of food supply, the main factors affecting the food supply and need, and then proposes some strategies to protect China＇ s food security.
