256层螺旋CT小肠造影及气钡双重对比造影检查在诊断小肠隆起性病变中的价值比较

摘　　要：目的初步探讨256层螺旋CT小肠造影与传统气钡双重对比造影检查在诊断小肠隆起性病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析50例小肠隆起性病变患者影像学资料,患者于1周内分别进行CT小肠造影和传统气钡双重对比造影二种检查,随后统计分析二种不同检查方法分别对小肠隆起性病变诊断的准确率、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测率及阴性预测率。结果 50例小肠隆起性病变小肠造影检查敏感性96.15%,准确性98.15%。传统气钡双重对比造影检查敏感性100%,准确性96.0%。二种检查方法对小肠隆起性病变的检出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT小肠造影及传统气钡双重对比造影检查对小肠隆起性病变具有较高的准确性,二者结合应用可作为小肠肿瘤诊断和评估治疗的必要的检查方法之一。Objective To evaluate the application value of 256 layer spiral CT small bowel imaging and traditional pneumobarium double contrast examination in the diagnosis of small intestinal apophysis lesions. Methods Imaging data of 50 patients with small intestine apophysis lesions was analyzed in a retrospective study, CT small bowel imaging and traditional pneumobarium double contrast examination were conducted in all patients, then the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive rate and negative rate of pre- diction of two kinds of inspection methods for diagnosis of small intestinal apophysis lesions were evalua- ted. Results In 50 cases of small intestinal apophysis lesions, small intestine imaging inspection sensitivity was 96.15%, 98.15 ~ of accuracy. Traditional pneumobarium double contrast examination sensitivity was 100%, 96.0% of accuracy. There was no statistically significant difference [P^0.05）in two methods of examination of small intestine apophysis lesions detection. Conclusion CT small bowel imaging and tradi- tional pneumobarium double contrast examination of small intestine apophysis lesions is with high accuracy, a combination of these applications can be used as one of the necessary inspection method in small intestinal tumor diagnosis and evaluation of treatment.
