摘 要:以中国30个省市的物流业能源消费数据为基础,运用IPCC的碳排放核算方法对2003-2011年各省市物流业的碳排放总量进行了估算,同时引入碳排放Theil指数及区域分离系数,对我国物流业碳排放的地区差异进行了测度和分解.研究结果表明:我国物流业碳排放总量增长趋势明显,东部地区的碳排放总量和增速均明显大于中西部地区;从整体上来看,我国物流业碳排放的省际差异变化不大,且呈现下降态势;区域内差异是造成我国物流业碳排放总体差异的主要原因,区域间差异对总体差异影响很小;在三大区域中,东部地区省际间碳排放差异最大,中部地区略小于东部地区,西部地区差异最小,东中西部地区之间的碳排放差异呈扩大趋势;最后,针对物流业碳排放现状,提出了相关建议.Based on the data of energy consumption of 30 provinces in China,estimation method proposed by IPCC was applied to calculate the total carbon emissions of logistics industry in each province from 2003 to 2011;Theil index and regional separation index were also used to measure and decompose the regional differences of carbon emissions. The result showed that the growth trend of total carbon emissions of logistics industry was obvious. Compared to the middle and west regions,the carbon emissions and its growth rate in east region were much higher. Generally speaking,there was no significant change in the inter-provincial difference,and the inter-provincial difference tended to decline. The major factor which gave rise to the regional difference of carbon emissions was the regional internal disparities,while the disparities between various regions played a relative small role. The inter-provincial difference of carbon emissions in east region was highest,followed by the middle region,and the west region was the lowest. The gap of carbon emissions among three main regions was increasing. According to the current situation of carbon emissions of logistics industry,relative policy suggestions were put forward.
