摘 要:新能源产业商业模式创新的影响因素包括外部因素和内部因素,市场需求、政策导向、技术驱动和目标群体特征是外部影响因素的主要内容,而行业特征、盈利现状、企业家素质则是其内部影响因素;企业与所处环境的融合过程,与供应商、客户、合作伙伴价值链的重构以及企业内部单元的调整重组构成了新能源产业商业模式创新的机会。企业应正确识别商业模式创新过程中的机会和障碍,适应经济全球化和信息化的发展趋势,为我国社会与经济的持续发展作出贡献。The influence factors of business model innovation in the new energy industry include both the external and internal factors. The external factors include such factors as market demand,policy orientation,technological drivers and the characteristics of target groups;while the internal factors include such factors as industrial features,the current situation of profit earning,and entrepreneurs’quality. The integration process of enterprises and the environment,the restructuring of value chain and the reorganization of enterprises’internal unit are the opportunities for the business model innovation in the new energy industry. The enterprises should correctly identify the opportunities and obstacles in the process of business innovation,adapt to the development trend of economic globalization and informationization to contribute to the sustainable social and economic development of China.
