摘 要:农民工劳动力市场供求变化影响下,建筑业农民工的工资水平近年来有所提升,但群体内部呈现明显分化现象,且工资水平差距越来越大。福建L小工地个案的调查研究表明:分包层级、技术差异及性别差异因素决定了建筑业农民工资收入水平,农民工内部群体工资收入水平分化非常明显,整体上呈现分包层高收入、普通工人中等收入和女性工人低收入的特征。因此,在现有分包机制难以改变的情况下,改善建筑业农民工内部收入差距的途径在于:加强农民工培训,提高农民工技术水平;重建建筑业文化,开发女性农民工人力资本。Based on a case study of L Construction Site in Fujian Province, the study found that 247 builders'av-erage monthly income is 5396-36 yuan,which is higher than the level of national workers忆wage. It improves ev-ery year. In fact,wage difference is regulated by three mechanisms: technical stratification and subletting stratifi-cation, and the gender differentiation. Obvious difference is manifested in the group in the forms of high pay a-mong sub-contractors, and low pay among ordinary workers and female workers. Narrowing the gap between therich and the poor, enhancing the in-service technical training , improving the construction culture and exploringthe female human resources are vital to the development of construction industry.
