摘　　要：介绍在线不停车化学清洗技术在福建联合石化有限公司芳烃循环水系统的应用情况,并对该技术实施效果进行了分析和评价。应用实践表明,化学清洗能清除掉循环水系统管道和水冷器中的大部分污垢和锈蚀产物,预膜试片有层明显的均匀致密药剂保护膜,取得了预期效果。在线不停车清洗及预膜技术有助于循环水系统长周期高效运行。The online chemical cleaning without shutdown technology in the application of circulating water system in Fujian Petrochemical Co., Ltd. aromatic, and effectiveness of the technology is analyzed and evaluated. The practical application shows that, the chemical cleaning can remove most of the circulating water system pipeline and a water cooler in the dirt and corrosion products, pre film test piece is uniform and compact protective film layer. Obviously, and achieved the desired results. Online does not stop cleaning and pre film techniques can help in the long period of circulating water system operation.
