光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究胫骨骨折患者应用光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗的临床效果,总结其临床应用价值。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年1月笔者所在医院收治的胫骨骨折患者78例,按随机双盲法将其分为试验组40例和对照组38例,试验组患者应用光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗,对照组患者应用传统瞄准器定位法治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者临床总有效率均为100%,试验组手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、临床愈合时间分别为(62.81±12.44)min、(20.21±12.44)d、(13 470.34±4184.47)元、(10.71±2.44)周,均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光磁声控导航带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折,治疗效果满意,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。Objective：To study the clinical effect of tibial fracture with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,summarizing the clinical application value.Method：From June 2011 to January 2013,78 cases of tibial fractures in our hospital were selected,according to the randomized double blind method they were divided into the experimental group（n=40） and the control group（n=38）, the experimental group was treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,the control group was given traditional sight positioning method,the clinical effect of two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of two groups was 100%,the operation time,length of hospital stay,hospital expenses and clinical healing time of the experimental group were （62.81±12.44）min,（20.21±12.44）d,（13 470.34±4184.47）yuan,（10.71±2.44）weeks,the above indicators were superior to the control group,there were statistical significance difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tibial fracture treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail has good effect,high clinical value,is worthy of further promotion.
