摘 要:为了探讨链霉菌NG-715所产抗真菌活性物质的存在部位,以及溶媒萃取法对活性物质进行分离的效果,以链霉菌NG-715发酵液为材料,那他霉素为对照抗生素,黑曲霉为指示菌进行生物活性测定.结果表明,链霉菌NG-715所产抗真菌活性物质主要存在于菌丝体中,酯类和醇类对其萃取效果较好.用乙酸乙酯对抗真菌活性物质进行两次萃取后,得率为94%.To explore the existence site of the antifungal substance produced by Streptomyces NG-715and the effect of solvent extraction,fermented broth of the Streptomyces NG-715 was taken as experimental materials,natamycin as control antibiotic and Aspergillus niger as indicator fungi to test intracellular and extracellular bio-activity.The results showed that the antifungal substance existed in mycelium and the ester and the alcohol were the better solvent for its extract.After two times extraction with ethyl acetate,product yield was 94%.The statistics will provide a useful reference to the process of extracting and its application in practice.
