摇枕斜楔整体芯在冷芯盒射芯机中的应用

摘　　要：通过工艺改进,将摇枕斜楔芯单独下芯方式改为整体方式,并首次将斜楔芯制芯应用于射芯机上。以Z8480B冷芯盒射芯机为例,对设计过程及芯盒结构特点进行简要论述,并介绍了取芯用翻转吊具的功能。Technology improvement has enabled the mode of core setting for bolster tapered wedge core box by itself to change into the whole way and first time apply the tapered wedge to the core shooting machine. Taking Model Z8480B cold box core shooter as the example, the design process and the structure characteristics of the core box have been briefly introduced with the function of the reversal lifting fixture which is on coring also been presented.
