摘　　要：介绍了V法造型工艺的工作原理、结构特点和使用状况,存在的主要问题及其改进方案等,通过设计改进降低了V法造型过程中的水、空气、噪音等方面的污染问题,改善了工人的工作环境,经济效益和社会效益明显。V-method modelling process is introduced the working principle, structure characteristic and using condition, main problems and its improvements, etc.. During the process of V-method modelling, the improved design decreases those pollution problems of water, air and noise. It can also improve the working environment of the labors. Therefore, the V-method modeling process has obvious economic and social benefits.
