摘  要:文中设计了以ATmega8 AVR单片机为下位机控制核心,基于无线通信技术的多点动态温度测控系统。采用单总线的数字温度传感器DSl8B20进行温度的多点数据采集,利用无线收发模块nRF905发送数据。上位机利用无线收发模块nRF905接收数据,并与工控PC机进行通讯;PC机作为该系统的后台,对温度进行远程监控。将该测控系统应用于某粮仓温度监控,不仅实现多点、动态的粮仓内部温度监测,还通过数据的无线传输,实现了粮食的分布式储存和集中式监控,极大地提高了工作效率和系统的稳定性。Taken ATmega8 AVR microcontroller as the control core of lower computer,based on wireless communication technology,this paper designed a multi-point dynamic temperature measurement and conrtrol system. Multi-point temperature data acquisition with single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20,and data sending used a wireless transceiver module nRF905; the upper PC adopted wireless transceiver module nRF905 receive data too,and the industrial PC communication,PC as the system background,thus the remote monitoring of temperature was realized. The measurement and control system has been used in a granary temperature monitoring,not only realized the granary temperature monitoring points,dynamic,but also through the wireless transmission of data,to achieve food distributed storage,and centralized monitoring,greatly improves the work efficiency and system stability.
