摘  要:跟随机构应用在井下控制工具中,既可作为主轴执行机构的前驱机构,也可作为示位机构,锥形节流口是其核心结构,目前没有针对锥形节流口压降的相关求解分析。为此,重点研究了锥形节流口的压降问题,首次给出压降计算方法和计算公式。介绍了跟随机构的结构、工作原理,同时对机构进行了动力学分析,分析了主要参数的动态特性,并建立了系统传递函数,从控制原理的角度分析了机构的工作特性。研究内容对锥形节流口压降计算和跟随机构的整体设计与使用具有指导意义。The follow mechanism applied in downhole control tools can work either as a precursor mechanism of actuator of main shaft or as a position-indicating mechanism. The conical throttle gate is the core structure of the follow mechanism, for which the pressure drop has not been analyzed. In this regard, the pressure drop calculation methods and formulas are developed for the first time in respect to the conical throttle gate pressure drop. The structure and working principle of the follow mechanism are described. The dynamic analysis, that is the analysis of the main parameters dynamic characteristics of the follow mechanism, has conducted. A system transfer function is established. The working features of the follow mechanism are analyzed from the perspective of control theory. The study may provide guidance for the conical throttle pressure drop calculations and the overall design and application of the follow mechanism.
