摘 要:我国南海天然气水合物藏采用固态流化开采技术进行开采时,首先遇到的问题是如何高效切削破碎天然气水合物。根据我国南海天然气水合物赋存条件,通过查阅文献选取了类似我国南海天然气水合物特性的本构关系。同时,基于非线性有限元分析ABAQUS软件平台,建立了钻头牙齿破碎天然气水合物的三维仿真模型,开发了钻头牙齿破碎天然气水合物的有限元仿真方法和程序。利用所开发的程序评价了PDC单齿切削破碎天然气水合物的破碎效果。研究结果表明,PDC齿的最佳前倾角为[17.5°,20.0°],切削深度在4 mm以上为宜,最合适的PDC齿倒角建议在[45.0°,52.5°]之间。所开发的程序和得出的结论可为天然气水合物钻头设计奠定基础。In the natural gas hydrate development in South China Sea by using fluidized solid technology, the first problem is how to efficiently drill natural gas hydrates. According to the gas hydrate reserve conditions in South China Sea, the constitutive relation of gas hydrates in South China Sea is determined by referring to literature. Meanwhile, a three-dimensional simulation model of drill bit cutter breaking gas hydrate is established by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Through development and debugging, the finite element simulation method and program is developed for bit cutter breaking gas hydrate. Then the breaking effects of PDC cutter are assessed. The results show that the optimum back rake of PDC cutter is [ 17.5°, 20.0°]; the preferable cutting depth is more than 4 mm and the optimum PDC cutter chamfering is between [45.0°, 52.5°] . The program and conclusions developed could provide foundations for drill bit design for natural gas hydrate drilling.
