摘  要:为了弥补常规的井眼防碰技术存在的实时性不强等不足,同时确保多平台加密调整井的安全,研制了基于无线数据传输的海上多平台井眼防碰监测系统。该系统通过传感器检测钻头破岩振动波传至邻井套管头的信号,无线数据传输装置发射和接收多平台套管头振动信号,由计算机软件处理获取防碰预警信息。有线传输与无线传输试验结果对比表明,2种方式下信号的特征基本一致,证明无线数据传输具有高保真性,不影响监测的实时性。模拟试验结果表明,系统在海湾地区相距2.4 km处仍能传递高质量的振动信号,满足多平台井眼防碰监测要求。To improve the real-time borehole anti-collision technology and ensure the safety of multi-platforms infill well, a wireless offshore multi-platform borehole anti-collision monitoring system is developed. The rock breaking vibration waves transmitted to adjacent wells casing heads of multi-platforms are detected by the sensors of the system and then received and transmitted by the wireless data transmission device to the computer. The anti-col- lision warning information is then obtained by the processing of the software. The comparing results of wire transmission and wireless transmission test shows that the signal features of the two transmission ways are basically the same, which demonstrates that wireless data transmission has a high fidelity and does not impact the real-time monitoring. A simulation test is conducted in a gulf area and results show that the system in the Gulf at a distance of 2.4 km can still keep a high quality vibration signal. Thus, the system meets the requirements of multi-platforms borehole anti-collision monitoring.
