摘 要:介绍国内推土机平衡梁现状,对比焊接式和铸钢件平衡梁的优缺点和制造工艺,对平衡梁的作业工况及受力进行了研究。应用Pro/E和Ansys对焊接式平衡梁进行三维建模和有限元分析。基于分析及现状重新设计,得到了铸钢件平衡梁,并进行模型建立和有限元分析。基于结果对结构优化设计,得到新结构平衡梁,建立模型并进行有限元分析和静强度校核。得到了最优的平衡梁结构。对平衡梁进行静载应力实验,实验结果与有限元分析结果相吻合,证实分析结果是准确的。将三种结构平衡梁多个项目进行对比,对比结果为类似结构产品的开发提供了思路和依据。The current situation of domestic bulldozer equalizer bar was introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of welded and casting steel equalizer bar and the different manufacturing processes between them were compared, and job conditions and loading on the equalizer bar were studied. Then carried on the 3D solid modeling and the finite element analysis of the welded equalizer bar based on Pro/E and Ansys. Then redesigned and got the new casting steel equalizer bar and then carried on the 3D solid modeling and the finite element analysis. And based on the results, optimized the structure and got a new equalizer bar structure, and carried on the 3D solid modeling and the finite element analysis and the static strength check. Finally, the optimal structure was got. Static stress experimental was made on the equalizer bar, and the results that the experimental results and finite analysis results coincided was got, and this confirmed that the results of the analysis was accurate. At last, multiple items of the three different equalizer bar were compared, the results would provide ideas and theoretical basis for the future product design and optimization.
