益阴助阳、活血通脉法治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益阴助阳、活血通脉法治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析160例充血性心力衰竭患者临床资料,依据治疗方法不同进行临床分组,治疗Ⅰ组(常规西药治疗组)30例和治疗Ⅱ组(益阴助阳、活血通脉法治疗组)130例,观察2组患者心率、平均动脉压、BNP变化情况及临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗Ⅱ组患者心率、平均动脉压、BNP和临床治疗总有效率均优于治疗Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益阴助阳、活血通脉法可阴阳并补,气血并调,补中有泻,虚实并治,从而提高临床疗效。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the method of tonifyingYin-Yang, activating blood and freeing vessels in treating congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods： Clinical data of 160 CHF patients were analyzed, and the patients were divided into groups according to therapeutic method, 30 cases of treatment group Ⅰ（routine western medicine group） and 130 cases of treatment group Ⅱ（the method of tonifying Yin-Yang, activating blood and freeing vessels）, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure （MABP）, the changes of BNP and total effective rate of both groups were observed. Results： Treatment group Ⅱwas superior to treatment group Ⅰin heart rate, MABP, BNP and total effective rate, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of tonify-ingYin-Yang, activating blood and freeing vessels could nourishYin-Yang, regulateQiand blood simultaneously with reducing in the reinforcing, treat the deficiency and excess, therefore to improve clinical effects.
