益气活血法治疗中风恢复期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血法治疗中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法:将中风恢复期患者78例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组38例采用西医规范化治疗,观察组40例在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气活血汤治疗。14天后观察疗效及药物不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组为92.5%,对照组为71.1%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法加西医规范化治疗中风恢复期有较好的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of the method of tonifyingQiand activating blood in treating stroke at recovery period. Methods： All 78 patients with stroke at recovery period were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 38 cases of the control group received routine treatment of western medicine and 40 cases of the observation group took the decoction of tonifyingQiand activating blood on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group. Adverse reaction and clinical effects of both groups were observed after treating in 14 days. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, higher than 71.1% of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of tonifyingQiand activating blood could obtain better effects in treating stroke at recovery period without obvious adverse reaction.
