公共图书馆:助力农民工市民化

摘　　要：我国农民工市民化进程遭遇到制度设置不合理、农民工社会资本缺乏等困难,不符合新型城镇化以"人的城镇化"为核心的发展要求。文章从公共图书馆的职能和特性出发,探讨其在农民工市民化进程中的促进作用。建议公共图书馆着眼两大通道——提升农民工信息素养和构建社会关系网络,依托空间和职能分配上各有侧重协调发展的城市公共图书馆体系,针对农民工从文献资源建设、增加资源服务类型、宣传和揭示图书馆资源和服务以及建立经费保障机制等多个方面入手,助力农民工市民化的实现。Facing a lot of difficuhies such as irrational regulations and lack of social capital, the citizenization of migrant workers in China does not conform to the development of new urbanization with the ＂urbanization of population＂ at the core. Based on public library＇s features and functions, the article discusses its importance in migrant workers＇ citizenization, suggesting that public library should take focus on two ways： to improve migrant workers＇ information literacy and to help them establish social networks. Relying on coordinated urban library system, public libraries would promote the citizenization by developing special collection, expanding service, promoting library resources and ensuring funding for migrant workers.
