零能耗太阳能住宅的设计理念——以北京交通大学“i-Yard”太阳能实验住宅为例

摘　　要：文章介绍了北京交通大学代表队参与2013年中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛的相关背景,并以北京交通大学"i-Yard"参赛作品为例,重点从建筑的设计理念、建筑空间的可变性适应不同需求、建筑智能化多系统整合及房屋交互平台的设计、太阳能光电和光热系统及太阳能建筑一体化的设计方法、集成先进且高效的技术手段实现建造过程的工业化等方面进行解析。为零能耗、可持续建筑设计提供了有益的参考。This paper is based on an entry project ＇i- Yard＇ from Beijing Jiaotong University of SD China 2013, and tries to analyze issues such as architectural spatial division, smart design, energy regeneration, the solar thermal and PV system, and the building integrated solar system tactics are elaborated, as well as the industrialization of construction process. It contributes to zero energy consumption study and sustainable architectural design.
