摘　　要：该研究是关于广州水泥厂改造规划的探索研究,从城市肌理、历史残片、地域文脉等角度紧抓复兴契机,提出因地制宜的重塑手段。水泥厂已经存在多年,百年历程,其原有厂区的历史背景,以及它所积淀的记忆及场所情怀,势必对周围环境、区域规划、周边居民的生活习惯产生很大影响。为了达到对该厂"重塑与复兴"的设计目的,在方法上需要避免强制性"嫁接"模式,而应该采用保护文脉的"顺承"的模式。从留住城市肌理、发现历史残片、承接岭南文化来紧抓复兴契机,并运用宜商宜居、创造活力、景观组织等重塑手段。总之,该项目强调对原有的空间肌理及场所记忆的关注,在更新改造、激发活力的同时,保持对当地文化的继承。This study is about the exploration of Guangzhou Cement Plant reconstruction planning research, from urban skin texture, historical relics such as regional cultural perspective cling to the opportunity of revival, adjusting measures to local conditions of remodeling means are put forward. Cement plant has been around for years. During one hundred years, the historical background of the original factory and accumulation of memories and feelings will affect the surrounding environment, regional planning, the surrounding residents living habits. In order to achieve the the plant design of ＂Remolding and Revival＂ purpose, we need to avoid compulsory ＂grafting＂ model, and should protect context by ＂complying with context＂ model. By retaining urban skin texture, finding historical fragments, complying with the Lingnan culture, we try to catch the opportunity of revival, and by the means of business suitability and livability, creativity, landscape organization etc. In short, the project emphasizes the attention to the original space texture and place memories while upgrading, arousing vigor, keeping the inheritance of local culture.
